My name is Sinéad Campbell and I founded All Seasons Career Guidance to work with individuals and groups who are engaged in career planning and development.

I am a qualified Career Guidance Counsellor with over 25 years’ experience in the education sector including second-level, further education and higher education. I have personal and professional experience of career transitions and course changes.

Our outlook on careers, work and education has experienced fundamental changes in recent times.

My Philosophy

Global influences have greatly impacted our choices in all aspects of our lives, including our career choices and how we manage them. An increasing number of us are re-evaluating our career needs as a result of these influences. Most of us will change jobs many times. Many of us will continue to work beyond the traditional retirement age. Our careers form part of our lives and we often re-assess our career needs in light of demands in other areas of our lives including health and wellbeing, family and our interests outside of work. We are, therefore, involved in continuous process of career change throughout our lives.

Career Guidance supports us through these changes. It brings clarity, insight and focus to the choices, decisions and opportunities that present themselves to us. At All Seasons Career Guidance, we use the seasons to understand our particular career cycles.
